Notice to Clients
The Affluate Group hereby advises that, having substantially exceeded its 2026 investment performance objectives, the Group has elected to conclude active portfolio management for the remainder of the calendar year. This decision reflects our disciplined commitment to prudent risk management and the preservation of achieved returns.
Accordingly, all Group fund management operations will be closed from Friday, 24 July 2026, and will resume on Monday, 11 January 2027. Affluate Nuclear will continue with fusion research and development during this period.
Client Appreciation
As a gesture of appreciation for the confidence and trust our clients have placed in us, The Affluate Group will waive all management fees and performance fees for the 2026 financial year. No management fees or performance fees will be charged in respect of 2026.
During this period, existing clients will continue to have uninterrupted access to the Client Portal for account monitoring and authorised transactions, where applicable.
Given this year’s exceptional fund performance, the Group has elected to place the following into effect:
• All lock-in period agreements will be immediately waived.
• Clients may withdraw 100% of their portfolio balance without notice.
• The notice required for withdrawals exceeding CHF 1 billion will also be waived.
Client-centric Philosophy
To further express our gratitude, 26% of the 2026 year-to-date (Year-to-date: 17 July 2026) Affluate Group profit will be distributed equitably to all clients and has been credited to your portfolio under the ‘additional benefits’ section. This distribution may be withdrawn immediately, is not subject to expiration and will not form part of the investment return calculation.
Profit Sharing Explained
The Affluate Group has always operated according to an unorthodox philosophy. Given our unapologetically secretive operational ethos, our invitation-only fund management boutiques are frequently subject to external scrutiny, subjective opinion and extreme scepticism. Nevertheless, our principles have remained unwavering, and our performance unexcelled.
Our commitment is, first and foremost, to those who entrust us with their capital. Without our clients, The Affluate Group would not exist. They are the foundation of our success, and every achievement we have realised is made possible by the confidence they place in us.
To some, this decision may appear unconventional. To us, it is neither extraordinary nor symbolic; it is a natural expression of our principles. Sharing in our success reflects our enduring commitment to trust, exceptional performance, and authentic long-term client relationships.
We extend our sincere gratitude for your continued confidence in The Affluate Group and look forward to serving you upon our return in January 2027.

Additional Notes
Your capital will not remain idle and at the mercy of aggressive inflation. Our investment team will continue to assess and monitor global markets during this time. Where we identify opportunities that align with our high-conviction investment mandate, we stand ready to deploy capital at short notice to enhance fund performance and compound returns. Should we be required to deploy capital for investment purposes, the above conditions will remain unaffected.
