REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
INVESTMENT ANALYSIS
The requirements below apply to the following divisions of The Affluate Group: Affluate Absolute, Affluate Δynamic™, and Affluate DiscreteWealth™.
• Must have, at minimum, an Honours degree in finance, economics, accounting, science (mathematics, statistics, actuarial or computer), law or engineering (aerospace/aeronautical, industrial, systems or electrical).
• Must have, during your Honours degree, obtained an overall average of 60% or higher AND a final grade of 70% or higher in your field of specialisation. Your qualification must be from a leading, research-conducting and internationally recognised University/Institution, OR without formal qualifications, show extraordinary proficiency or proprietary progress in the disciplines related to investments.
• CFA Charter Holders and candidates who are in the process of obtaining their CFA are preferred.
• In many instances, we do not consider your professional experience as a defining attribute, as many experienced professionals have a mediocre professional performance record. Candidates who have consistently achieved outstanding outcomes and who are dynamically proficient within a discipline will always be preferred.
• Must NOT HAVE a criminal record, gambling history, drug or alcohol abuse history, mental illness history, history of general negligence, or physically abusing another individual, or neglecting/mistreating own child, history of bankruptcy or insolvency, ongoing unfavourable court case(s) or unfavourable legal investigations, poor work history, poor personal financial management whether current or historic, or poor professional financial management whether current or historic.
INVESTMENT RESEARCH AND STRATEGY
The requirements below apply to the following division of The Affluate Group: Affluate RARE • Research and Analysis. Risk and Execution.
• Must have, at minimum, a Master’s degree in finance, economics or science.
• CFA Charter Holders are preferred.
• Our research is fundamentally dynamic and forward-looking. The requirements for candidates may change without notice.

NUCLEAR FUSION ENERGY
The requirements below apply to the following division of The Affluate Group: Affluate NERD • Nuclear Energy Research and Development
• Must hold a PhD or Professorship in the disciplines of plasma physics and fusion-related engineering.
• Must be actively conducting research within the nuclear discipline, having published in leading peer-reviewed journals, preprint servers, and institutional repositories. Hierarchy matters, top-tier journals signal prestige and impact.
• Our nuclear fusion research is fundamentally dynamic. The requirements for candidates may change without notice.
• Must NOT HAVE a criminal record, gambling history, drug or alcohol abuse history, mental illness history, history of general negligence, or physically abusing another individual, or neglecting/mistreating own child, history of bankruptcy or insolvency, ongoing unfavourable court case(s) or unfavourable legal investigations, poor work history, poor personal financial management whether current or historic, or poor professional financial management whether current or historic.
AFFLUATE PROFESSIONAL ASSETS
Employment is admirable, but the conventional five-day, eight-hour structure is a framework designed for mediocrity, not excellence.
All our professional assets enjoy a flexible, four-day work week (Monday to Thursday) with short, six-hour workdays (9am to 3pm). In-office days are from Monday to Wednesday, and Thursdays are work-from-home days, with Fridays being considered as a part of the weekend.
We require exceptionally proficient professionals, as our investment funds and research divisions are among the highest performers, and we are constantly pursuing the redefinition of what is possible.
